Who was Mary Ball Washington?

We are all History majors at the University of Mary Washington.  For our project, we each researched a portion of Mary Ball Washington’s life.

Jenn Arndt: I am part of the Class of 2011. For this project I researched Mary Ball’s life while she was at Ferry Farm.

Caitlin Donnelly: I am a member of the Class of 2010. For this project, I researched the legacy of Mary Ball Washington in the Fredericksburg and Northern Neck areas.

Stephanie Lefferts: I am part of the Class of 2011.  I researched Mary Ball’s life while she lived in Fredericksburg.

Kari Wilson: I am a member of the Class of 2010.  I researched Mary Ball’s early life up until her marriage to Augustine Washington.
